A good political action drama movie. Thalapathy Vijay is a very very big positive for the film. He totally holds the whole movie over his shoulder. His style & attitude was simply amazing. Next to him, the strong political dialogues holds the movie straight. Cinematography was truly superb especially in action sequences. Action stunts were too good & thalapathy has ripped with his own style. ARR's BGM was totally suitable for the screenplay. Keerthi Suresh & Yogibabu were like unnecessary characters. The screenplay could have been even more engaging & gripping. A few scenes were somewhat usual & predictable, which we have seen in many movies. The screeplay totally focuses on the political entry of Thalapathy as expected. The movie had very few mass & goosebumps moments which is another drawback. Also a few detailings on Vijay's profession could have been given. But the final message given in the movie was really good. The movie will be a treat for Thalapathy fans & a decent watch for general audience. But a sure shot hit. Watch it only @ bigscreens.
